Check your fuses, look in your owners manual, do a search here for fuses. Fuses are located behind your glove box, the fuse puller is the orange pretzel in the middle/left of the fuse box.

I am facing a strange problem on my bmw e90 320i i4 euro car, recently my blower fan stopped working all of a sudden so I removed the glove compartment, and looked for the blower fuse, after finding the location of blower fuse that was position 88, 40A, I thought of testing the socket of fuse with another 40A fuse so I borrowed from the ABS/DTC

Blower Motor Relay Location. My blower motor has been acting up, turning off and on at will, even when the car is off and the key is out; I bought a replacement relay for it to try and fix it. My new problem is, I don't know where it is to replace it. I've done some googling and none of the diagrams I've found (I even checked the E46 wiki on

98 328i dual climate control doesnt send heat, replaced the thermostat and housing, disassembeled the heater control valve but it seems okdont know if it might be not working properly, also touched the hoses and theyre pretty warm, and flushed the system, during bleeding i felt abit of warm air through the vents but then it was gone again Hello, i just bought my wife a 2001 Z3 with the 3.0 and the other day i turned the heater on for the first time and it blows nothing but cold air. Dial is turned all the way to hot, a/c button is off. I dont see any coolent leaks, the coolent level is above the min and below the maximum, a test of the coolent shows the mixture is correct.
I have an E90 2007 318i. The Fan/blower for the Aircon/Heater stopped working all of a sudden. Check all fuses and relays, no issues there. After reading through other forums, the advide that it might be the blower underneath the passenger side dashboard. Some insight would be appreciated please.
1) Defrost: when upper right button pressed, defrost bar works well, from 0 to 100. Other bars also react: "air circulation flap" and "ventilation flap" go from 100 to 0, and "fond rear flap" goes from 26 to 100. 2) Air circulation: (green light being off) pressing the button (green light on): bar goes from 100 to 68. If its not the fuses the blower repair job on an e36 is about 6-8 hours. You have to tear apart the whole dash. Check the heater core while you're in there, its in the same place and they are a common failure point to. If its leaking at all, replace it at the same time. N. iTrader: ( 0) UPDATE - BMW Master Technician has confirmed that there is no control valve on E9Xs with Automatic Dual Climate Control - temperature is controlled by flaps which pass the air over the Heat Exchanger (i.e. matrix) or AC Evaporator - basically a hot radiator and a cold radiator. In addition, if you think it's causing the battery drain, you 'could' disconnect the fuse, the fan, or the relay temporarily overnight to find out. If you do, let us know what you find out. so, open the bonnet, take of pollent filter, think its 6 screws there at the base of the windscreen. start the car, run the fan and open the outside vent allowing fresh air into the car. now you can see the fan there in front of the passenger seat.poke it with a stick or wire or whatever, done. refit everything.
